I spent about an hour on the phone with tech support (USAA), they watched my connection log and say everything looks fine. I was attempting to add a new account, and now I cannot connect and get the list of my accounts that USAA services. The accounts that are setup and have worked for years still work.

My comment is for the Windows version of Quicken (See below, I think the problem is independent of platform) I started having the same problem about 3 weeks ago.
First, why would the temporary landing page start appearing all of a sudden? And second, how do I force Quicken to ask me for the proper information to help it get past that page? When I retry, I am not given the option to enter the answer to the security question that I am sure is on that landing page, and thus Quicken cannot connect to my accounts.īasic photo editing for mac. Quicken is saying that it is hitting a temporary landing page. I was able to connect until this morning. I am no longer able to connect to USAA via Quicken 2015 for Mac.
If you own QB for Mac 2016 and are wondering, 'Should I upgrade? I opted to purchase the Desktop version for my Mac and could not be more.
